iControl is a management platform for game clubs. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and how we protect it.
What we collect
Club data (name, address, settings), staff accounts (role, login), customer data (name, phone), session and billing records, and PC status telemetry (online/offline, temperature). We do not store payment card data — payments go through iBron or a payment provider.
How we use data
Data is used to provide the service, automatic billing, PC monitoring, support, and improving the platform. We do not sell data for advertising.
Data sharing
Within the iBron booking integration (unified account, live session) the necessary data is shared securely. Third parties only when required by law or to deliver the service.
Storage and security
Data is transmitted over an encrypted connection and protected by access control. Data is kept while you use the service and deleted within a reasonable period after account closure.
Your rights
You may request to view, correct, or delete your data via contact@i-control.uz.
Changes
