Launch iControl step by step

From registration to daily operations — every stage in detail. Set it up yourself, without us.

01. Registration

First you create an organization. A 14-day free trial starts instantly.

  1. 1
Open the register page. Go to cabinet.i-control.uz/auth/register or click «Start free» above.
  2. 2
Fill in the details. Organization name, your name, username, password (min 8 chars: 1 upper, 1 lower, 1 digit) and phone.
  3. 3
Accept the terms. Check the terms of use and click «Register».
  4. 4
Trial activates. The account is created, you're logged in automatically, and the 14-day free trial begins.

Remember your username and password — future logins use them.

02. Getting to know the dashboard

After login the dashboard opens. The left menu has 3 groups.

  1. 1
Operations. Daily work: Dashboard, Sessions, POS, Shifts, Customers, Stations, Health.
  2. 2
Config. One-time setup: Zones, Tariffs, Products, Games, Agent enrollment, Staff, Settings.
  3. 3
Club switcher. With multiple clubs, pick the one you need from the switcher at the top.

First time, set up in this order: Club → Zones → Tariffs → Agent → Staff.

03. Configure club & branding

  1. 1
    Open settings. Config → Settings.
  2. 2
Club details. In the «Club» tab set name, address, timezone and currency.
  3. 3
Branding. In «Branding» upload a logo, welcome message and rules — they appear on the PC agent screen.
  4. 4
Save. Click «Save» on each tab.

Branding is the first thing a gamer sees on the PC. Match the logo and color to your club.

04. Create zones

A zone is a group of similar PCs (Standard, VIP, PS5). Tariffs attach to a zone.

  1. 1
Zones section. Open Config → Zones.
  2. 2
    Add a zone. Click «Add zone» and name it (e.g. «Standard» or «VIP»).
  3. 3
Multiple zones. Create a separate zone per price or hardware (Standard, VIP, PlayStation).

At least one zone is required — PCs attach to a zone.

05. Tariffs (pricing)

A tariff defines how time is billed. There are 3 types.

  1. 1
Add a tariff. Open Config → Tariffs, click «Add tariff».
  2. 2
    Per-minute. Price per minute — billed by play time (e.g. 200 so'm/min).
  3. 3
    Package. One price for a fixed time (e.g. 3 hours = 15,000 so'm).
  4. 4
Night / window. Price for a time window (e.g. a 22:00–08:00 night package).
  5. 5
Attach to a zone. Link the tariff to the right zone and save.

Make VIP pricier and Standard cheaper. A zone can have several tariffs.

06. Products (POS)

Shop items — drinks, snacks, etc. The operator adds them to a session.

  1. 1
Products section. Open Config → Products.
  2. 2
Add a product. Enter name, price and (optionally) stock quantity.
  3. 3
Categorize. Group into drinks, food, accessories.

If you set stock, it decreases on sale and warns you when it runs low.

07. Install & enroll the PC agent

The PC agent is software on each PC. One enroll token covers the whole club.

Download agent installer · Windows x64

Windows 10/11 (64-bit) · ZIP · latest version

  1. 1
Create an enroll token. Config → «Agent enrollment», click «Create token». The token is shown ONCE — copy it.
  2. 2
Download the installer. Download the agent installer (link on the «Agent enrollment» page).
  3. 3
Install on each PC. Run the installer on every computer and finish setup.
  4. 4
Enter the token. On first launch enter the enroll token (same token for every PC).
  5. 5
PC appears pending. The computer is automatically added to «Pending stations».
  6. 6
Approve. On «Agent enrollment» click «Approve» and assign a zone and number (e.g. Standard, PC-01).
  7. 7
Agent connects. Once approved the agent connects automatically and is ready.

Even if the token leaks it's safe — an unapproved PC does nothing. Every action is logged.

08. Add staff

Give operators and managers their own accounts. Each role has different rights.

  1. 1
Add a staff member. Config → Staff, click «Add staff».
  2. 2
Choose a role. OPERATOR — daily work (sessions, POS, shifts). MANAGER — extra config. OWNER — full control.
  3. 3
Issue a login. Give the staff member a username and password — they log in with those.

Give operators only the OPERATOR role — key settings and customer password reset are OWNER-only.

09. Start & end a session

The core daily task — managing a game session on a PC.

  1. 1
Start a session. Operations → Sessions (or the Stations map): pick a free PC and click «Start».
  2. 2
Customer & tariff. Select a customer (or walk-in) and a tariff — billing runs automatically.
  3. 3
POS sale. During the session add a drink/food — it's added to the bill.
  4. 4
End. Click «End» — the total is shown, take payment.

The PC map shows live status: free, busy, on break.

10. Booking (iBron)

Customers pre-book a PC and time slot via iBron (Telegram/web). The booking appears in the dashboard automatically and the PC is reserved.

  1. 1
Connect iBron. Config → Settings → Integration: generate the iBron API key (once). Online bookings then start arriving.
  2. 2
A booking arrives. The customer picks a PC and time in iBron → the booking appears on the «Bookings» page (calendar) and that PC becomes RESERVED.
  3. 3
Waiting screen. Shortly before the booking time (usually 15 min) that PC shows a QR + waiting screen.
  4. 4
Check-in. The customer arrives and scans the QR (or the operator checks them in from the dashboard) → the session starts and billing begins.
  5. 5
No-show → released. If the customer doesn't arrive in time, the booking expires and the PC is freed automatically (IDLE).
  6. 6
Manual booking. Operations → Bookings: an operator can create or cancel a booking too.

On cancel or expiry the PC frees itself automatically — no manual step needed.

11. Customers & wallet

  1. 1
    Add a customer. Operations → Customers → «Add customer» (name, phone).
  2. 2
Top up the wallet. In the customer card, «Wallet» tab, top up the balance — they play prepaid.
  3. 3
Loyalty. Points and cashback work automatically (if enabled in Settings).

A customer with a wallet pays up front — the operator needn't handle cash.

12. Password reset (security)

If a customer forgets their game-account password, it's recovered in a few secure ways. Importantly: an operator never sees or sets the password — to prevent account theft.

  1. 1
Customer self-service (OTP). The customer clicks «forgot password» → a code arrives on their phone via Telegram → they enter the code and a new password. No operator involved.
  2. 2
Operator assistance. In the customer card the operator clicks «Send reset code» → the code goes to the CUSTOMER's phone; the operator never sees or sets the password.
  3. 3
OWNER directly. The club owner (OWNER only) can set a new password without OTP — a trusted party. Operators and managers cannot.
  4. 4
Lost phone. If the customer lost their old phone, the OWNER binds a new number by confirming a code sent to it → then the customer resets the password to their new phone.

Principle: operators and managers can't see or set a password. Only via the customer's own phone or the OWNER — this prevents a staff member from taking over an account.

13. Shift (cash drawer)

The operator opens a shift at the start and closes it at the end — this tracks the cash drawer.

  1. 1
    Open a shift. Operations → Shifts → «Open shift» (starting cash amount).
  2. 2
During work. All payments and sales are recorded to this shift.
  3. 3
Close the shift. At the end «Close shift» — the system compares expected vs actual cash.

Have each operator open their own shift — the report stays accurate.

14. Reports

  1. 1
Analytics. Operations → Analytics: revenue, sessions, customer stats.
  2. 2
Health. Station status: online/offline, temperature, alerts.

Track daily and monthly revenue here.
